A few weeks ago a group of high school students from Incheon Haewon High School in Korea came to visit our school. Spending the day with this group of amazing students was such a fun experience!

It was interesting to interact with them as they tried to become comfortable with the English language and I tried to become comfortable with the Korean language. They even spent time in my classes to experience the American school system.

This wonderful opportunity allowed me to build a friendship with my Korean buddy and some of the other Korean students. Learning another language can be difficult at times, but when you become more familiar with the culture connected to that language, everything becomes much easier!
